How to claim your 10% price beat discount

1. Click here and make an application.
2. Complete the application form and supply the necessary documents to enable assessment of your application.
3. Once your application has been approved, you’ll need to supply property details on your application if you have not already done so.
4. Email info@rentguarantor.com with the subject “Price Beat” and:
   1. Quote your reference number (this starts with RG and can be found on your dashboard) on your application.
   2. Attach proof (letter/email/screenshot) confirming the price you have been advised for your guarantor application with an alternative provider on a like for like basis. This document must include your name as the applicant with the alternative provider.
5. Once reviewed you will be emailed to confirm your new guarantor fee.
6. This discount will not be displayed within your account but will reflect on the payments section of the application once this is active.

Price Beat Terms & Conditions

1. We’ll beat the guarantee price by up to 10% from any other online UK Rent Guarantor company.
2. Price must be obtained on a like for like basis within the last 30 days from any UK competitor and prior to your application to RentGuarantor.
3. Price beat does not apply on quick quotes supplied by competitors.
4. To price beat on your guarantee you need to follow the instructions outlined above.
5. This offer does not apply to applications which were submitted prior to 1st March 2021
6. Our minimum fee of £249 applies. Price beat discounts will be subject to this minimum fee.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions or prizes.
8. All promotions are subject to availability. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time.
9. We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.
