Application Fee
The £20 application fee is non-refundable — even if you decide not to proceed.
Guarantor Fee
The guarantor fee is charged only after the tenant, agent, and landlord have all signed the guarantor agreement.
You may receive a refund only if:
- The tenancy hasn’t started.
- The agent or landlord confirms the guarantee is no longer needed.
- Your request is within the refund timeframes listed below.
Refund tiers:
- Within 14 days: Full refund (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
- 15–30 days: 75% refund.
- 31–60 days: 50% refund.
- 61+ days: No refund.
Please note: A £75 administration fee applies to all refunded guarantees.
