When do I need to pay the RentGuarantor fee?

You’ll be required to pay the fee only after:

1. Your landlord or letting agent has signed our contract
2. You have signed your contract with RentGuarantor

There’s no charge for getting a Quick Quote or submitting an application.

If for any reason you decide not to proceed before payment, you can cancel with no obligation or cost.

Please note: The RentGuarantor fee must be paid before your tenancy begins and before collecting keys.
