Proof of ID

Acceptable ID includes: Passport, Drivers Licence or Citizens Card. The ID must be in date to be accepted

Proof of Income

We will aim to validate your income using Open Banking.

Where this isn't possible we will require you to supply, last 3 months payslips or bank statements (last 12 week weeks payslips if paid weekly)

When to pay for your RentGuarantor service

Once you’ve found a property and the contract has been signed by all parties, you’ll then be asked for full payment. For eligible customers you can pay in instalments.
