We have streamlined our process to gather your information via Referencing & Open Banking. If we are unable to validate your information using automated services you may need to manually provide the information below.
Proof of ID
Acceptable ID includes: Passport, Drivers Licence or Citizens Card. The ID must be in date to be accepted
Proof of Study
Confirmation from the University that you have accepted a place or are currently studying at this university
Proof of Finance
Proof of student finance, grants or bursaries.

When to pay for your RentGuarantor service
Once you’ve found a property and the contract has been signed by all parties, you’ll then be asked for full payment. For eligible customers you can pay in instalments.
