We have streamlined our process to gather your information via Referencing & Open Banking. If we are unable to validate your information using automated services you may need to manually provide the information below.
Proof of ID
Acceptable ID includes: Passport, Drivers Licence or Citizens Card. The ID must be in date to be accepted
Proof of Universal Credit
Last 3 months FULL Universal Credit Statements which shows the breakdown of each of the UC calculations and your name on the UC statement
Proof of Benefits
Last 3 months bank statements showing the benefits being paid to you, please note we do not accept screenshots from mobile banking apps

When to pay for your RentGuarantor service
Once you’ve found a property and the contract has been signed by all parties, you’ll then be asked for full payment. For eligible customers you can pay in instalments.
