Once you’ve completed your application via The Lettings Hub, you can apply for RentGuarantor. We’ll start by asking some basic information to work out your quote.

2. Continue

Once you’re happy with the quote, We’ll ask for your contact information. You’ll then be directed to go through a credit reference check. You’ll then be assessed based on your complete tenant application.

3. Submit application

Once assessed, we’ll ask you to login to your dashboard to provide your property details.

4. Sign and Pay

Once you have submitted the application, We’ll ask all parties involved to sign the contract. After this has been finalised you can pay in full, or subject to eligibility, in instalments via Payl8r.
