- Fees
- RentGuarantor charges fees for some of its services. When you use a service that has a fee, you have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged based on Our pricing structures which we may change from time to time. We may choose to temporarily change the fees for our services for promotional events or new services, and such changes are effective when we post the temporary promotional event or new service on the Site
- Unless otherwise stated, all fees are payable in GBP. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes (including any VAT) associated with using the Site in a timely manner with a valid payment method.
- You agree that we may issue you with invoices in electronic format by e-mail.
- Since the services we offer are non-tangible and irrevocable, we cannot issue refunds after a subscription has commenced
- RentGuarantor defines a calendar month as being 30 days from the date of purchase of a particular plan. A calendar year is defined as 365 days from the date of purchase of a particular plan.
- By selecting a plan which includes free advertising on Ezylet.com you must email info@rentguarantor.com to arrange set up of your free advertising. By advertising with Ezylet your advert will not be listed on any other third party portal.
- All plans are billed on a monthly basis and can be cancelled up to two working days prior to the renewal date by emailing info@rentguarantor.com.
- All sales are final, no refund or partial refund will be offered upon cancellation of a subscription
- Commissions
- Commissions will be paid for each completed Application which is created within the Agent account.
- The commission % will be determined by the plan which is Active on the Agents account at the time of the Tenants payment to RentGuarantor Limited.
- All commissions will be calculated based on the amount the Tenant has paid RentGuarantor Limited for their contract after discount codes are applied.
- All Agent accounts will only be eligible for commission payments if the account has an active paid subscription at the time of monthly commission reports being generated.
- Payment of Commission shall be in GBP.
- The Agent shall remain responsible for all bank charges on Commission payments whether in respect of electronic transfers, foreign currency exchange commission, correspondent bank charges, cancelled cheques or otherwise.
- RentGuarantor Limited shall issue commission reports on a monthly basis and shall endeavour to do so within 10 days of the end of the month in which the Application is completed.
- RentGuarantor Limited shall pay Commission in a timely manner and shall endeavour to do so within 30 days of the end of the month in which the Application is completed.
- The threshold for payments is £50.00. Any commission balances which are below this threshold will roll over to the following month until the minimum payment amount is reached.
- Payment of Commission shall be made by electronic transfers to a bank account or accounts of the Agent’s choice but RentGuarantor Limited shall not be responsible for late payments arising from the Agent’s failure to provide accurate or sufficient account information or for any other cause beyond RentGuarantor Limited’s reasonable control. If a Commission payment has not been claimed or cleared within 18 months of the end of the month in which the application was completed the Agent acknowledges and agrees that RentGuarantor Limited shall be entitled to retain such Commission and the Agent shall forfeit any claim in respect of it.
- No Commission shall be payable in respect of Fraud Traffic or as a result of other unethical or illegal activities including but not limited to the the breach of the Tenant Fee Act 2019. RentGuarantor Limited shall be entitled to reclaim Commission arising from Fraud Traffic or to deduct and set-off such Commission against future Commission payments.
- The Agent shall be responsible for all taxes payable in respect of the Commission.
- RentGuarantor Limited does not pay VAT on Commissions. If the Agent wishes or is required to issue invoices to RentGuarantor Limited such invoices shall be zero-rated for VAT purposes.
