How an Agent account works?
Register for an Agent Account by signing up online quick and easy. From here you can create new applications or manage existing applications for your Tenants
Create an application
To create an application you’ll need: Tenant DetailsPersonal contact details for the Tenant Upload proof of ID and proof of income/study Rental DetailsComplete the details of the proposed rental property Secondary Contact PersonContact details for the nominated person
A quote for the application will be provided on screen and also emailed to the Tenant. The application will be sent to the RentGuarantor.com team for assessment. Agents will be able to see from within their Agent Dashboard the status of all pending applications
Should any additional information be required the Agent will be alerted via email and be able to add this information directly to the application from the account. Applications requiring attention will also be displayed on the Agent Dashboard.
Upon approval the Agent will be provided with contracts for the Tenant & Landlord to sign. These can be download from their Agent account and supplied by the Agent to the Tenant & Landlord in person or via electronic means. Once signed the Agent simply uploads them onto the application.
Once signed contracts are returned a secure Paypal link will be provided to the Tenant for payment direct to RentGuarantor.com - making it compliant under Tenant Fees Act 2019. Agents can see the status of the payment from within their account & can access the payment link should they need to assist the Tenant making the payment.
Upon receipt of the payment, contracts will be countersigned by RentGuarantor.com and returned as confirmation of the Guarantee through the Agent account. Agents can then download the contract to provide them to the Tenant & Landlord or to store for their records.
